Job Description
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for making sure that every guest receives WOW! Guest Service and for helping the General Manager in managing and directing daily operations via successful execution of "Operations Excellence" standards involving food preparation, food safety controls, inventory management, financial accountability, delivery and catering. The Shift Supervisor will also assist in training and developing WOW! Team Members. This position is part-time (about 20-25 hrs./week). The ideal candidate for this position will have at least one (1) year of food service experience and an established track record of success in previous jobs. Candidates must have an energetic personality and strong leadership skills to support growth, excellence and success. A super fun working environment with good communication is what we're all about! This position provides a great opportunity for career advancement as well! Hourly rate does NOT include tips!
