Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Concessions Stand Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional food service experiences in a fast-paced, energetic environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. As the face of our concessions operation, you will inspire your team to deliver quick, friendly service while maintaining efficient inventory control and food handling procedures. Your leadership will help create memorable moments for guests and contribute to the overall success of our hospitality offerings. Responsibilities Supervise daily concessions stand operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts Lead, train, and develop team members in food preparation, customer service, POS systems (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols Oversee food production processes, including cooking, food handling, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports Ensure compliance with health and safety standards related to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations Assist with shift management by scheduling staff coverage and addressing operational challenges promptly Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong leadership skills Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong background in inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally Supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles with a focus on team training & development Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications relevant to the food industry Ability to manage shift operations effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Join us as a Concessions Stand Lead if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
