Job Overview Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for food service and team management? We're seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and lead a team of dedicated staff. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction Lead, motivate, and train staff members in food preparation, customer service, POS system operation (including Toast POS), and food safety protocols Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain optimal supplies Oversee cash handling procedures, including balancing registers and processing transactions accurately Enforce food safety standards and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment Assist in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and developing team members to foster a skilled and engaged workforce Support kitchen management by supervising food production, ensuring consistency in culinary standards across all menu items Requirements Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision within quick service or fast-food environments ServSafe Certification Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing and sales tracking Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and shift supervision Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and inventory control practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Experience in managing budgets, conducting interviews, and developing staff talent is highly desirable Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus; culinary or catering background also advantageous Join us as a Shift Leader to energize your career!
