Team Lead

Finley's Diner is looking for a dependable and motivated Team Lead to help oversee daily operations and keep our shifts running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and can confidently lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all local and state health codes and food safety standards are consistently followed Oversee and coordinate staff during shifts to maintain efficient operations Provide leadership, direction, and support to team members Assist with training new employees and reinforcing procedures Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall workflow of the diner Step in as needed to support all areas of operation

Requirements:

Food Protection Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain—we will help you get certified) Strong reliability and punctuality Trustworthy with a high level of accountability Solid leadership and communication skills Ability to work both weekdays and weekends Previous leadership experience preferred, but not required
