Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire crew members to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high operational standards. Serve guests by taking orders, handling payments, and preparing drinks and desserts with a respectful and immediate response. Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas, dining rooms, restrooms, and parking lot. Maintain adequate stock levels of all inventory Coach, train, and mentor team members to foster a positive and accountable work environment. Adhere strictly to food safety and white glove cleanliness standards. Open and/or close the restaurant as a key holder, managing the shift effectively. Qualifications & Requirements At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Hard-working, friendly, honest, and team-oriented with excellent customer service skills. Reliable transportation and a current driver's license. Authorized to work in the United States. Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and Saturdays.

Preferred:
