The Shift Lead plays a vital role in leading the team, upholding product quality, and ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional experience. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for leadership, customer service, and working in a fast-paced food service environment. Skills Customer Service Organization Flexible Adaptable Reliable Interpersonal Skills Communication Leadership Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate team members to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by communicating clearly with staff and guests. Oversee opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently. Monitor product quality and preparation standards to maintain consistency and excellence. Address and resolve any issues that arise during the shift in a calm and professional manner. Ensure cleanliness and safety in the prep, service, and cooking areas in compliance with health regulations. Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including availability for morning, night, and weekend shifts, including Sunday's. Represent Crispy Cones' values and standards while creating memorable experiences for guests. Knowledge Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety procedures. Familiarity with opening and closing procedures in a retail or food service setting. Understanding of leadership principles and guest service standards. Skills Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment. Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities during each shift. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Abilities Ability to manage team members and resolve conflicts professionally. Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure. Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and shift needs. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least 1 year of restaurant or food service experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years old due to the nature of the work.

From $16.00 per hour
