Opening soon in downtown Roanoke, Suerte is an elevated Spanish-inspired restaurant inside The Promissory Hotel, where excellence, warmth, and attention to detail shape every guest experience. We are building a team for multiple services, including our Dining Room, Bar, Cafe, and Weekend Brunch.

Baristas Cafe Supervisor Core Description:
Responsible for Cafe operations on scheduled days. Answer questions and ensure the Cafe is dialed in. Communicates professionally and frequently with the team and supervisor. May occasionally take on additional coverage or light administrative tasks. Maintain a clean, organized Cafe and ensure food and safety rules are followed. Ideal individuals are those who have prior specialty coffee experience in a busy atmosphere. Wage compensation, job descriptions, and available hours will be discussed during interviews. Qualified candidates are invited to submit a resume for consideration.
