Team Leads:
Oversee the day to day activities of our Sales Associates while creating a genuine connection with our customers over your mutual love of pets!
Core Accountabilities and Results:
Oversee our Sales Associates. Open the Store and get it ready for an amazing day. Close the Store and ensure everything is locked and the appropriate items are shut down for the night. Work directly with customers assisting them with Pet Supplies (Dog/Cat Food, Dog/Cat Supplies, Pet Lover Gifts). Work on the register tendering out sales. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Build productive trust relationships with customers "Go the extra mile" for customers What you bring to the job: Have a servant leader mentality Must enjoy communicating with customers Have reliable Transportation Open availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week Have a love for dogs/cats Be self-motivated, personable and trustworthy Please be sure to fill out an application prior to your interview: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1229/6488/files/NATURAL_DOG_APPLICATION.pdf?v=1591382971
