Shift Leader

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Oversee restaurant operations on assigned shift
• Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Assist in inventory management
• Order supplies as needed
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Monitor food preparation and quality

Experience:

• Experience in Restaurant management is preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Servsafe preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
