What You'll Do:

As a Shift Lead, you'll play a key leadership role in the daily operations of the restaurant. You'll help lead a high-performing team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and ensure smooth and efficient service from open to close.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example in creating a welcoming, teamfocused culture Organizing shift schedules for team members Monitoring attendance, tardiness and time off Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary Sharing shift feedback with management and team members Managing employees requests Training new and current team members on tasks Handling customer issues and managing conflicts Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience as a shift lead (or similar role) in the hospitality industry Solid knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service best practices Familiarity with POS and management systems like Toast and Restaurant365 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills Strong financial and math abilities A passion for food, service, and team development
