Take ownership of your shift and support overall team performance and guest experience Support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving goals related to operations, team development, and profitability Communicate goals, promotions, and operational updates to the team Ensure a great guest experience, including friendly service, a clean restaurant, and fresh food Help maintain a positive, team-focused work environment during each shift
