We are specifically hiring individuals for this position who have availability and are willing to work during the afternoon/evening hours of 3pm-11pm To be seriously considered for this role please have previous shift leader or managerial experience listed on your resume. We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Shift Leader to assist our PM operations in the evenings from 3-11pm. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. If you thrive under pressure, know how to keep standards high, and enjoy coaching a collaborative team—this role is for you with premium compensation ranging from $25-$29 an hour.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a kitchen leadership or management role Strong coaching mindset and a collaborative leadership style Excellent communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and organization Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Ability to stay calm under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee kitchen operations on Thursday, Friday and Saturday Coach team members to deliver quality, consistency, and speed Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and presentation Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless service Reinforce a culture of respect, care, and attention to detail Ability to be hands-on/work from position
