Duties Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance their experience Prepare and serve food items according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, dining spaces, and workstations Manage food handling responsibilities with attention to safety protocols and proper hygiene practices Assist with bussing tables, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively Culinary experience or restaurant background is advantageous but not required Flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-notch service!
