In this role, you will oversee daily stand operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a team of baristas and staff. Your leadership will drive efficiency, maintain high standards of food safety and quality, and foster a welcoming environment for both customers and team members. Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the drive-thru espresso stand, ensuring smooth workflow and prompt service Train, develop, and supervise staff in food preparation, coffee brewing, POS usage (FreeForYou POS), and customer service techniques Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food and beverage stock levels to minimize waste Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and balancing registers at shift end Maintain food safety standards by adhering to health regulations and proper food handling practices Manage shift scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours for quick service delivery Monitor team performance through coaching, feedback, and conducting interviews for new hires to build a strong team culture Follow all Standard Operating Procedures Manage stand promotion and social media posts Experience Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food production within a hospitality or restaurant setting Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and sales tracking Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food safety compliance in a food service context Demonstrated leadership skills in staff training & development, shift management, and team supervision Prior experience in coffee or barista roles is highly desirable; hotel or fine dining experience is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Food handler permit required Join us as we serve up exceptional coffee experiences with energy and enthusiasm!
