Job Description
Overview Stein is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a foundation of beer knowledge. Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the restaurant staff in daily operations
- Oversee kitchen activities and ensure food quality meets standards
- Assist our lead team in developing new sales techniques to maximize profitability
- Utilize strong beer knowledge to enhance the beverage program Experience
- Experience in supervising restaurant operations
- Strong suggestive selling background
- Knowledge of restaurant management best practices
- Some kitchen experience a plus
