Job Description

Restaurant Supervisor:

Job Purpose:
This individual will play a key role in managing all aspects of our restaurant business. Delivering a high-quality experience to guests and motivating staff to ensure excellent customer service is the primary responsibility of the Restaurant Supervisor. Supervisors will be responsible for maintaining quality and increasing profitability. Who we want on our team: We seek a detail-oriented, reliable and experienced restaurant supervisory. This individual will possess strong communication, leadership and organizational skills, as well as a passion and ability to exceed customer expectations. Exceptional management skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required Significant work experience in management and the hospitality industry Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service Ability to use restaurant management software Strong leadership skills Decisive and critical thinker
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally Maintain quality control for all food served Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer's experience Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies and cleaning products; order accordingly Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs Generate weekly, monthly and annual reports Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff Attend quarterly P & L meetings Performs any other duties as requested by supervisor.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred Front and back of house experience is a plus Additional Requirement Possess or obtain a food handlers permit Submit to and pass a Drug Test Successfully pass a Criminal Back Background Check Possess or obtain a valid First Aid/CPR card Responsible for devising own work schedule, which involves irregular hours to include weekends and holidays

From $24.00 per hour
