Catering LeadOutsider BBQ & Beer Garden Seattle, WAOutsider BBQ is a high-volume Texas-style barbecue restaurant in Frelard (Fremont/Ballard), built around real wood-fired BBQ, genuine hospitality, and community.

As our catering business continues to grow, we're looking for a Catering Lead who can own events from inquiry to execution. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys working directly with guests, coordinating logistics, leading event setups, and making sure every catering experience reflects the Outsider BBQ brand.

The RoleAs Catering Lead, you'll help oversee all aspects of our growing catering program.

Responsibilities include:

Identifying opportunities to grow catering sales and relationshipsResponding to catering inquiries and helping clients plan eventsBuilding catering proposals and coordinating event detailsConfirming guest counts, menus, timelines, and logisticsCoordinating with kitchen and management teamsPreparing orders for delivery and event serviceLeading onsite catering setups and breakdownsManaging catering deliveries and ensuring accuracyProviding exceptional hospitality to clients and guestsMaintaining organization, inventory, and catering equipmentWhat We're Looking ForPrevious catering, hospitality, restaurant, event, or customer service experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsValid driver's license and clean driving record preferredAbility to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feetComfortable working weekends, evenings, and occasional holidaysAbility to represent Outsider BBQ professionally at corporate events, weddings, breweries, festivals, and private gatheringsCompensationCompetitive hourly wageTips and event gratuitiesOpportunities for bonuses based on catering growth and performanceEmployee meal discountsGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding companyAbout Outsider BBQOutsider BBQ started with a passion for Texas barbecue and grew from brewery pop-ups to a food truck and now one of Seattle's busiest barbecue destinations.
