Job Description

Position Summary This position is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house execution for a high-volume, takeout-focused restaurant. This role serves as the primary on-shift leader, ensuring operational excellence, order accuracy, speed of service, team performance, and guest satisfaction across takeout and delivery channels. The Store Lead acts as the bridge between management and hourly staff, maintaining standards, solving problems in real time, and driving consistent results.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & ExecutionLead day-to-day store operations during assigned shiftsEnsure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness in all areasEnsure accurate, timely execution of takeout and delivery ordersManage order flow across POS and third-party delivery platformsMaintain food quality, packaging, and brand presentation standardsProvide feedback to Executive Team on service and menu performance, working with leadership to improve guest satisfactionLeadership & Team ManagementModel accountability, urgency, and professionalismMaintain clear communication with managementLead FOH team to ensure the execution of operational standards and systems for 100% accuracy and completion, with special attention to order accuracy and timelinessCollaborate with the kitchen to ensure smooth communication and service coordinationCustomer ExperienceEnsure a smooth and professional takeout guest experienceHandle guest issues, complaints, refunds, and remakes appropriatelyMonitor delivery app ratings and in-store feedback, coaching the team to maintain high service levelsUphold hospitality standards even in a non-dine-in environmentFinancial & Inventory ManagementEnsure compliance with company policies and SOPs, updating documents on an ongoing basisCommunicate maintenance or equipment issues promptlyCommunicate shift performance, issues, and wins to managementSupport implementation of new systems, menus, or procedures
Performance Expectations:
Success in this role is measured by:

Reliability, punctualness, and accountabilityOrder accuracy in visual and packaging executionConsistent execution and updates of SOPs and brand standardsStrong shift leadership and team reliabilityPositive guest feedback and delivery platform ratingsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsSchedule
  • 20-30 Hours/ Week (may be flexible during training), with opportunity for more hours as training progresses
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Saturday, 11am-3pm lunch, 4pm-8pm dinner
Compensation:
  • $23.30/ hour + tips averages $30
  • $38/ hour
  • Receives 100% coverage for Dental & Vision Insurance after 90-days of training
