Job Description
As one of the nation's premier private athletic clubs and a Seattle institution, The Washington Athletic Club (WAC) is not simply a place to work, but a place to belong. Banquet Cook/$30.50 & Lead Line Cook/$32.50 The first 90 days is paid at 90% of actual pay, per the union contract.

POSITION
RESPONSIBILITIESGather and prepare tools needed for the shiftOrganize and standardize station area itemsPrepare food, following WAC recipes and plating standardsHelp on the cooking line as neededMaintain cleanliness of walk-ins, machinery and equipment, floors and other areasReport any needs or suggestions to improve productivity to the supervisorOther duties as assignedPOSITION QUALIFICATIONSA
minimum of four (4) years of experience in the food preparation industryCatering experience, including prep, execution, and off premises/on-site service supportHigh school diploma or equivalentWashington State Food Handler's PermitStrong communication skills and a customer service mindsetBENEFIT INFORMATION LOCAL 8
