Our restaurant features a raw bar, an onsite butcher shop, and an energetic bar scene. We are looking for a full-time Lead Line Cook! Competitive pay and benefits. Starting hourly wage is $24-27 depending on experience plus tips.

2+ years' experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant as a line cook with lead experience 1 year experience in grilling over live fire Follow proper procedures for food safety Knowledge of food storage and food safety requirements
Responsibilities:
Prepare all menu items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes, controls, portion, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of the products served Perform other related duties as assigned by the restaurant manager Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes Tasked with tracking and reporting any food waste Handle, store, and rotate all products and ingredients properly Be ready to prepare dishes for costumers with food allergies or intolerance Commitment to
