Spokane Valley, WA Pay:
$17.13/hour (training) $18.13/hour (after training) Join Our Team We're looking for a detail-driven Processing Lead to ensure every product leaving our facility meets the highest quality standards. In this role, you'll lead a small team, oversee final product checks, and play a key part in delivering accurate, high-quality orders to customers. What You'll Do To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily execute the essential duties listed below. Reasonable accommodations may be made where appropriate. Team Leadership & Oversight Partner with supervisors to oversee department crew members Delegate daily and weekly tasks Track attendance, breaks, and production rates Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback Train and evaluate new team members, including inspectors, through practical and written assessments Communicate personnel updates and recommend disciplinary actions, schedule adjustments, or role changes Production & Order Fulfillment Oversee pre-roll production to meet quality and output targets Track order fulfillment, pull product, and manage inventory using tracking systems Evaluate sales projections and menu templates to build appropriate backstock Verify final box counts and ensure accurate labeling and order preparation Quality Control & Compliance Perform and oversee quality control inspections on all outgoing products Ensure all products meet company and regulatory standards before shipment Monitor final inspections prior to loading for delivery Shipping & Logistics Coordination Communicate with drivers regarding delivery status and schedules Assist with loading trucks and ensure carts are prepared according to SOPs Ensure accuracy and readiness of all outgoing shipments Communication & Reporting Regularly review emails, Basecamp, and internal communication platforms for updates Attend lead meetings and contribute to operational planning Complete and submit daily end-of-shift reports Provide clear shift-to-shift handoff communication Operational Support & Maintenance Maintain and ensure proper working condition of equipment and machinery Maintain a clean, organized workspace and hold team members accountable for cleanliness standards Assist with Research & Development projects as assigned Support other departments as needed What We're Looking For Must be 21+ years old High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, tracking systems) Leadership or team coordination experience preferred Washington State Food Worker Card required Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Lift and carry up to 25-30 lbs Perform repetitive hand tasks and maintain attention to detail Comfortable working in a production environment with noise, dust, and odors Why You'll Love This Role Clear path from training to higher pay Opportunity to lead and mentor a team Hands-on role with real impact on product quality Fast-paced, team-oriented environment ubJF9jPoHn
