In the Manager roll you'll be delivering exceptional customer service while managing daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both guests and staff. You will oversee food and beverage preparation, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems, all while fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business. This position requires experience with leadership responsibilities, driving sales and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items in accordance with company and Washington state standards, ensuring consistency and excellence. Manage daily stand operations, including occasionally opening, closing, and shift transitions, to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Oversee POS transactions ensuring accurate cash handling and sales recording. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a positive atmosphere. Occasionally train team members in food preparation, serving, and food safety practices to maintain compliance with health regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stand and environment, including food handling areas and equipment. Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods while supporting team development. Qualifications Proven barista experience with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes. Previous food service experience in a café or retail setting is highly preferred. Food Worker Card Familiarity with POS systems Inventory control experience Social Media experience Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for cash register operations. Experience in supervising or managing team members .

M-F 6am-11:00am
Barista Position:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday 11:00am - 4:30pm, Saturday-Sunday 7am-11:00am
Pay:
$17.13 - $19.00 per hour
