This leadership role is vital in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food quality standards, and managing team performance across both day and night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, culinary knowledge, and a passion for hospitality, all while fostering a positive team atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a thriving food service operation. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations during designated day and night shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance team performance, food safety practices, and customer service excellence Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with health regulations Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and reconciliation Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members to build a strong, motivated workforce Monitor shift performance, provide coaching or corrective actions as needed, and foster a positive work environment Support kitchen management tasks such as food production planning, catering coordination, and overseeing special events like banquets or parties Collaborate with management on budgeting efforts and operational improvements to maximize efficiency Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within quick service or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in restaurant or hospitality settings Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally Ability to train staff effectively in food safety standards, culinary techniques, and service procedures Familiarity with inventory control practices and food management systems Experience managing shift operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on teamwork and leadership Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards Strong communication skills for interviewing candidates, training staff, and collaborating with team members Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards Join us as a Fast Food Day & Night Shift Lead where your leadership will inspire teams to deliver outstanding dining experiences every day!
