Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Fast Food Manager and lead the charge in delivering exceptional quick-service dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and motivate your team to achieve excellence. Your leadership will drive customer satisfaction, streamline food production processes, and foster a positive, fast-paced work environment. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a high-performing team committed to excellent customer service Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food stock levels to minimize waste and control costs Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and reconciliation Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to comply with health regulations and ensure guest safety Conduct shift management by coordinating team efforts during busy hours and resolving operational issues promptly Lead staff hiring processes through interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members with comprehensive training Qualifications Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants, with a strong background in kitchen management and food handling Demonstrated supervisory experience with skills in team management, training & development, and leadership Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes in a hospitality environment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively Strong understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations Previous experience in casual dining or quick service restaurant settings is highly desirable; hospitality or hotel experience is a plus Join us to lead an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-tier fast food experiences!
