Pay & Incentives $26-$30 per hour (including tips) Monthly sales bonus - earn up to 5% of your salary About the Role As a Unit Leader , you'll be responsible for leading daily operations, developing your team, and ensuring every guest receives a top-notch experience. You'll set the tone for a positive, high-performing culture while driving results and maintaining brand standards. You'll play a key role in building a team that lives out the Auntie Anne's promise: Fresh, hot, golden brown pretzels served with friendly, courteous service in a sparkling clean store.
