Jamba Shift Lead (WA)

We are selecting a Jamba shift lead! We're building a leadership team who will deliver genuine guest service, offer quality products that meet company standards, treat coworkers with respect, and uphold company policies with integrity

$17.75-19.50/hr + tips, employee discount (25% off order), shift meals (up to $8.49 per meal), and standard WA sick pay. 401k + matching (must be 21 years old, have worked 1000 hours in a calendar year, and been employed with our company for one year). We are specifically looking for a leader who: Is 18+ years old. Has prior leadership or equivalent experience. Has a solid work ethic and a get-things-done attitude. Enjoys interacting with guests and recognizes we are in the people business (not just the smoothie business). Is interested in long-term employment (not seasonal). Some of your job duties:

Deploy team members as required to meet business demands. Execute the shift to the plan for the day. Open and/or close the store as required. Perform all safety and security tasks as required. Evaluate staffing and food pars to ensure proper financial accountability during your shift. Execute company guest service standards, and communicate product knowledge and info to meet guests' needs. We are your locally owned Jamba Juice franchisee! We own and operate 20 Jambas across Oregon and SW Washington.
