Job Description
We are seeking dynamic Management members to join our team. These positions include supervisor, assistant manager and store manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong leadership skills to drive operational excellence and develop interpersonal relationships with staff and customers. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including kitchen and front-of-house
- Manage inventory control and ensure proper stock levels
- Implement and maintain food safety standards and procedures
- Develop and execute training programs for staff on kitchen management, food safety, and customer service
- Utilize POS systems effectively and manage teams of 5 or more employees
Experience/Required Skills:
- 2 years of fast food restaurant experience
- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Great communication skills with staff and customers
- Quick thinking and the ability to handle unexpected situations
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills
