Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cage Shift Supervisor, where you'll lead and oversee the daily operations of the casino cage. This vital role ensures the smooth handling of cash transactions, guest services, and security protocols, all while maintaining a lively and welcoming environment. As a key leader on your shift, you'll supervise staff, manage financial procedures, and deliver exceptional customer service to our guests. Duties Supervise cage operations during your shift, ensuring all cash handling and transaction procedures are followed accurately and efficiently Lead and motivate a team of cage cashiers and support staff to deliver outstanding guest service with enthusiasm and professionalism Oversee guest interactions, resolving conflicts promptly and maintaining a positive experience for all visitors Manage cash transactions, chip exchanges, ticket redemption, and other financial activities with precision and integrity Enforce security measures by monitoring surveillance systems, controlling access points, and adhering to regulatory compliance standards Train new team members on policies, procedures, and customer service expectations to foster a knowledgeable and motivated team Prepare shift reports, reconcile cash drawers, and ensure all records are accurate for audit purposes Requirements Proven management or supervisory experience in a casino or similar high-volume environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Ability to handle conflicts professionally and resolve issues swiftly to maintain a positive atmosphere Experience with cash handling, basic math skills, and attention to detail for accurate financial transactions Knowledge of casino operations, security protocols, and regulatory compliance standards is preferred Prior supervising experience in a fast-paced setting is highly desirable Join us in creating an exciting environment where energy meets professionalism!
