Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supervisor for our 2nd Shift to lead manufacturing operations with energy and precision. This role is vital in ensuring production runs smoothly, safety standards are upheld, and team members are empowered to perform at their best. As a key leader on the evening shift, you will oversee daily activities within a fast-paced aseptic manufacturing facility, driving efficiency, quality, and teamwork. Responsibilities Available to work the 2nd shift (2p-10p) schedule. Oversee the production process looking for ways to improve efficiencies, meeting all production quotas and deadlines Assign work, analyze productivity, workflow, methods and procedures, making recommendations to management as appropriate Enforce all company policies and plant rules, to include but not limited to problem solving, development & implementation of standard operating procedures Completes production labor schedule by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules to minimize OT; resolving problems; reporting results of the shift production daily Maintains working relationship with the union by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement where applicable Responsible to meet all food safety, quality and customer requirements for this position Experience Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on assembly line responsibilities. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or team lead roles in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices within a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and facilitation skills Ability to communicate with all levels of management and subordinates using both verbal and written formats Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work a flexible schedule Read written work orders, manuals, measurement instruments and company-posted work and safety policies, procedures and programs Education 4 year degree or equivalent work experience in a high speed manufacturing environment, preferably consumer packaged goods Minimum 2 - 4 years experience supervisory experience in a fast paced consumer packaged goods environment Join us as a Supervisor - 2nd Shift to lead with energy, foster teamwork, and ensure operational excellence in a vibrant manufacturing facility!
