Shift Leader - Crumbl, Delafield About Crumbl At Crumbl, we're passionate about creating memorable experiences through exceptional cookies, outstanding customer service, and a positive team culture. Position Summary The Shift Lead serves as a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for supporting daily store operations, coaching team members, maintaining product quality standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role requires open availability, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead by example during both peak and non-peak business hours. Key Responsibilities Lead shifts while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to Crumbl standards. Support daily production of cookies, dough preparation, frosting, topping application, and baking processes. Ensure all products meet Crumbl quality and presentation standards. Coach, train, and motivate team members during shifts. Assist with scheduling, labor management, and shift coverage as needed. Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards throughout the store. Handle customer concerns professionally and create positive guest experiences. Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures accurately. Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate product needs to management. Support catering orders, special events, and promotional initiatives. Assist management with achieving sales, labor, and operational goals. Qualifications Previous leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or a similar environment preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record. Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
