2nd Shift Supervisor

Our 2nd shift Supervisor needs to be a teacher, a coach, a leader, a listener, a production guru, and has the ability to continue and always strive to improve the work culture for our employees. Responsible for the overall Safety, Quality, and product production of the assigned shift. Supervise hourly employees within the Production Department. Supervisors are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, training, and evaluation of team members. Supervisory responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with WPI's policies, procedures, and all applicable State and Federal laws. Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D. required Associate degree in business administration or manufacturing OR equivalent work experience required 3+ years manufacturing and leadership (Supervisory or Management) experience required Plastic Injection Molding Experience preferred Technical Background (e.g., Service, Automation, Tooling, Processing,) in Plastics Injection Molding Manufacturing is preferred Must be fluent with Microsoft Office and ERP systems Forklift Certified (provided by WPI) "all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin."
