  • Full-time We are looking for a high energy Catering Event Supervisor for Hoffman House Catering.
Our office operates out of Hoffman House Catering at 2030 Center Avenue, Janesville, WI (Right on the Border of Beloit). This individual we are looking for would need to be able to work in a fast paced environment, be detailed oriented and have great customer service with our clients. The role would include scheduling catering staff, cover call-ins, working with clients. Supervise and oversee events. Creating maps and pull lists for functions. Overseeing Linen, Table, & Chair rentals for Weddings & Events. (booking details with clients, scheduling staff for deliveries, ensure inventory is controlled. These are just some of the main functions of the roles but are not limited to what is listed. Experience would be nice but not required. Do not shy away from the duties. We can teach you them. We care more about high energy, a great personality and drive to take care of customers and provide an excellent experience.
