As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, shipping, receiving, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and/or observe visitor, employee, and delivery traffic in accordance with location protocols for a food and beverage environment. Support day-to-day operations by communicating with staff and visitors, reporting maintenance or hazard concerns, and completing required logs and incident reports.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
