50/hr | Monday-Friday Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local food production company to hire a Production Assistant Line Lead for a full-time 2nd shift position . This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging, or warehouse operations who are ready to step into a line lead or team lead role .
Pay & Schedule Shift:
2nd Shift (3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM)
Pay Rate:
$24.50 per hour
Schedule:
Monday through Friday (full-time) Key Responsibilities Train workers on production line tasks Read ingredients and count bags on pallets Place scoops in cans, jars, and buckets and secure lids Stack bags and cans of product from the production line Seal bags and cans of products from the line Bag product as it comes off the line Dump bags of product into equipment Sample product on lines as required Serve as designated Line Lead during absences Qualifications Experience in food production, manufacturing, assembly line, or warehouse environments preferred Ability to lead a team or step into a line lead role when needed Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production processes Ability to lift, stack, and handle production materials Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Why Apply?
