Job Description

Cafe Team Lead Braise North Lakewood, WI 54138 Part-time Part-time Join the Braise North Team Year-Round Cafe Team Lead Opportunity Ready to serve up joy (and incredible food) in a lively, welcoming cafe? We're looking for a passionate, dependable year-round part-time Café Team Lead to help guide our front-of-house team, create exceptional guest experiences, assist with scheduling, and train staff. For those interested, we will teach you bakery production the Braise North way . At Braise North, you'll meet an awesome community - our team, and our guests - locals, weekenders, and those traveling along Highway 32. We'll train you on all things coffee, espresso, wine, and local food with an international flair -giving you the knowledge and confidence to support our owners in leading while serving our guests well.
What You'll Do:
Support café service operations Direct front-of-house team's work, train, and develop team members Assist with staff scheduling and daily planning Assist in food preparation as needed. Support baking production as interested. Help maintain the welcoming atmosphere Braise North is known for Support occasional events, food truck lunches, and special dinners Ensure adherence to food safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Operate Square and Clover POS systems for accurate cash handling and order processing Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with owners for supplies
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Positive, dependable, flexible, and organized A natural leader, mentor, and team builder Passionate about providing outstanding hospitality, great food, and coffee Previous experience in hospitality, cafes or restaurants is required with leadership experience highly desirable Willing to learn and teach Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Typical Schedule:
Fridays 4-9:30pm | Saturdays 7am-1pm and 4-9:30pm | Sundays 7am-1pm Competitive Pay +
