We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, motivate staff, and ensure top-notch service. This vital role combines management expertise with hands-on food service skills to create a lively, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests and team members alike. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow during shifts Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, training, and support to uphold service standards Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to maintain quality and compliance Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and assist with food management to minimize waste Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure an exceptional dining experience Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing potential team members, and conducting training & development sessions Monitor kitchen operations, supervising food production, food safety practices, and cleanliness standards Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost control Support catering, banquet events, or special functions as needed to enhance overall restaurant performance Skills Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with strong leadership skills Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety management Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions and reporting Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Strong team management capabilities including supervising staff, training new employees, and conducting interviews Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis within a hospitality setting Familiarity with kitchen management, food handling regulations, and culinary best practices Ability to lead with energy, foster teamwork, and maintain high standards of hospitality excellence Background in hotel or casual dining experience is advantageous; banquet or catering experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining focus on quality and safety standards Join us as a Restaurant Shift Leader where your leadership will inspire teams to deliver memorable dining experiences.
