2nd Shift Sanitation Lead O&H Danish Bakery - 3.7 Racine, WI Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Employee discount Qualifications Food hygiene Shift management Performance management Team development HACCP Full Job Description Summary The Sanitation Lead is responsible for supporting and assisting the Sanitation Supervisor in ensuring that O&H Danish Bakery production and equipment are functioning in an optimal capacity while meeting required safety and sanitation standards. The Sanitation Lead, with the support and guidance of the Sanitation Supervisor, will train, motivate, and ensure production and quality standards of team members individually and as a group, including leading by example. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist Supervisor in training and development, performance management, and ensuring quality and production standards of the Sanitation team and baking center. Ensure SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) for all processes / equipment. Ensure that all workers on sanitation teams are trained and adhere to the company's GMPs. This includes supporting the training and onboarding of new employees. Ensure that all workers on sanitation teams are trained and adhere to the company's HACCP and other food safety procedures. Provide knowledge of chemical mixes and MSDS, and oversee team member's use of chemicals and proper safety procedures. Proactively identify sanitation inconsistencies and work towards resolution. Support and assist with employee relations issues and disciplinary action. Other duties as assigned
