Responsibilities Lead and supervise the deli team during the afternoon and evening shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain quality standards aligned with company recipes and procedures. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices. Train new staff members on food safety protocols, customer service excellence, and operational procedures to foster a knowledgeable team. Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation policies across all deli activities. Assist in shift management by coordinating schedules, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining a positive work environment. Promote a culture of hospitality by delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds guest expectations. Experience Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with a focus on deli or similar food stations. Demonstrated supervisory or management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector. Experience with inventory control, food safety practices, and food handling regulations. Prior involvement in staff training & development programs within casual dining or fine dining settings. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage shift schedules effectively, and handle customer concerns professionally.
