Make a Difference While Leading Our Afternoon (2p-10p) Team! The Homeplace of Stanley is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Lead Worker to oversee our afternoon (2p-10p) assisted living operations. This position is ideal for an experienced caregiver who enjoys supporting residents while providing leadership and guidance to fellow staff members. Job Responsibilities Lead, support and train new overnight caregiving staff. Ensure residents receive quality care in a safe, comfortable environment. On Call Rotation (10a-10p) on your weekend to work Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and resident care standards. Serve as a role model by promoting teamwork, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
