Job Description
As a Team Lead, you'll help keep daily operations running smoothly while setting the tone for the team during your shift. You'll work closely with staff to prepare fresh frozen custard, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure the store stays clean, organized, and welcoming. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading by example and creating a fun, energetic workplace. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support team members during shifts Prepare fresh frozen custard and assist with menu items and desserts Deliver friendly, exceptional customer service Address customer questions or concerns professionally Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the store, equipment, and dining areas Assist with inventory, restocking, and supply management Perform opening and closing duties when scheduled Train new team members and help maintain a positive team culture Follow all health, food safety, and company standards Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older (High School diploma or Equivalent Required) Previous food service or retail experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude with a team-focused mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and dependable Must have or be willing to obtain Food Manager Certification Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
