In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant, helping to prepare food, serve customers, and keep everything running smoothly. If you enjoy fast-paced environments and love providing great service, this is the perfect opportunity to jump into the food industry and start building your career. Assist with food preparation, ensuring menu items meet quality standards. Operate POS systems like Aloha or Micros for order taking and payment processing. Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash handling responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep and dining areas. Support food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Help with bussing tables, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations as needed. Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is a plus but not required. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math understanding. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
