Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager to lead our operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily liquor store activities, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive team performance. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold Wyoming State requirements, and manage all aspects of liquor store management to deliver a lively, efficient, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise store staff, including training, coaching, and evaluating team members to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and transaction reconciliation Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Ensure compliance with state liquor sales requirements, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards across all areas of the store Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally to guarantee guest satisfaction and repeat business Coordinate shift schedules, monitor operational flow during peak hours, and implement strategies for continuous improvement in service delivery Qualifications Proven management experience within the liquor, wine, and beer industry, particularly in quick service Familiarity with POS systems; experience with cash handling is essential Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, conducting staff training & development sessions, and managing operations effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster a positive team environment Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel settings is advantageous but not required Join us to lead an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences! Pay:
