Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Supervise and run kitchen shifts in various outlets, ensuring high standards are maintained. Open or close a Back of House (BOH) kitchen shift, managing daily kitchen operations. Implement, maintain, and monitor culinary standards and procedures in line with White Lodging Way (WLW). Assist in achieving departmental financial goals, Associate Engagement Survey (AES) targets, and guest satisfaction objectives. Oversee culinary associates and maintain kitchen assets across multiple ranch locations. Transport supplies to different venues and operate ranch vehicles or rangers as needed. What You'll Bring A strong guest-focused approach with a passion for delivering quality culinary experiences. . Self-motivation and a solid work ethic to drive kitchen performance. Deep knowledge of cooking procedures and techniques, with a passion for food. Experience in teaching and mentoring a diverse team. Must possess a valid driver's license. At least one year of experience in a leadership culinary role. Ability to stand for up to ten hours and lift up to 35 pounds.
