Established in January 2025, Collared Martin Hospitality operates the Faraway brand, along with a collection of independent lifestyle & luxury boutique hotels, restaurants, and cocktail clubs. Currently, we operate across Blue Flag Capital's award-winning portfolio of more than $1 billion of hospitality real estate assets. POSITION SUMMARY
The F&B Director Jackson Hole leads all front-of-house and beverage operations for CMH's growing Jackson Hole portfolio, including Sure Hand (opening 2026), Alpenhof (2027), and the Signature Restaurant (2028). This leader ensures that the guest experience, team performance, and financial outcomes meet the highest CMH standards. The F&B Director is both strategic and present, balancing daily engagement with long-term planning to shape a cohesive, service-driven culture across all outlets.ABOUT SURE HAND
At the upcoming Faraway Jackson Hole, Sure Hand serves as the restaurant and bar anchored in a lobby lounge beside a wood-burning hearth. It is rooted in Wyoming's spirit and ingredient-driven cuisine. With views of the Tetons and a setting that blends alpine heritage with thoughtful hospitality, Sure Hand invites both local atmosphere and destination dining. It embodies the Faraway ethos of comfort, creativity, and connection, capturing Jackson Hole's balance between rugged nature and refined experience.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Operational and Service Excellence :
Direct daily operations across all Jackson Hole outlets, ensuring seamless coordination, genuine hospitality, and consistent service delivery that meets Faraway and CMH expectations.Team Development and Leadership :
Recruit, train, and inspire strong front-of-house teams, promoting accountability, collaboration, and positive morale across multiple venues.Financial and Strategic Performance :
Maintain a clear understanding of financial drivers including P&L performance, labor management, and beverage cost controls, and take action that supports sustainable success.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations and Guest Experience Oversee the opening and daily service of Sure Hand at Faraway Jackson Hole and prepare systems and processes for the upcoming Alpenhof and Signature Restaurants Plan, recruit, and develop the team necessary to execute the entire F&B program across both properties in Jackson Hole / Teton Village Maintain operational excellence in all outlets, ensuring alignment with CMH service standards and property goals. Foster a guest-first culture through presence, awareness, and strong leadership Collaborate closely with the Culinary Director to ensure harmony between kitchen and service operations. Partner with property leadership to develop and refine service sequences, beverage programming, and training protocols that reflect each concepts identity. Team Management and Training Recruit and onboard front-of-house managers and hourly staff for all Jackson Hole outlets; including the Opening of Sure Hand and the preparedness of Alpenhof and the Signature Restaurant Lead pre-opening and ongoing training programs, reinforcing CMH's brand culture, service expectations, and leadership standards. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews, fostering transparency, professional development, and accountability. Support career growth within the team through coaching and mentorship. Financial and Administrative Oversight Oversee and review P&L statements with the Managing Director and SVP of F&B, developing action plans for improvement and sustainability. Manage beverage programming, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure balanced cost control and quality. Maintain disciplined administrative systems for payroll, scheduling, and compliance across all outlets. Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Collaboration and Communication Partner with the Culinary Director, property GMs, and corporate leadership to align goals and maintain consistency in standards. Participate in the budgeting process and performance review cycles in collaboration with the Managing Director and SVP of F&B. Represent CMH and the Faraway brand in the Jackson Hole community, building relationships with local partners and purveyors.QUALIFICATIONS
Eight or more years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in multi-outlet or multi-property hospitality environments. Proven record of leading successful teams and building positive service cultures. Strong financial literacy with the ability to analyze P&L statements and implement strategies that improve performance. Administrative experience with payroll systems, POS operations, and familiarity with proper documentation and discipline procedures. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with an ability to manage through influence. Knowledge of service standards, sequence of service, and F&B best practices within boutique hotel or lifestyle settings.
