With every sales interaction, the AT&T Agent helps our customers unlock the full potential of their internet. As an AT&T Agent, you will represent our brand with energy and professionalism, conducting engaging sales interactions that highlight the simplicity, speed, and security of AT&T Fiber. The AT&T Agent will also develop strong sales skills by practicing active listening and clear communication in real-world scenarios, building confidence with every sales interaction. Responsibilities of the AT&T Agent Provide dedicated support by proactively reaching out to customers to ensure satisfaction and identify sales opportunities for superior fiber internet. Strengthen AT&T Fiber account relationships through consistent engagements that enhance customer experience and support sales growth goals. Execute key responsibilities in AT&T Fiber sales, helping customers upgrade services while building trust through attentive community support. Expand customer portfolios with a focus on growth by using sales conversations to promote reliable, high-performance internet solutions. Deliver outstanding service by coordinating follow-ups and personalized plans that maximize account value and retention. Nurture AT&T Fiber accounts through hands-on interactions, driving sales of gigabit speeds and fostering long-term customer partnerships. Qualifications of the AT&T Agent A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Passionate for sales or customer service is a plus. Detail‑oriented in customer preferences and ensuring smooth sales processes. Clear ability to simplify plan features into everyday benefits that resonate with our customers
