SALES COMPENSATION & RESPONSIBILITIES

: Tiered hourly pay plan $19.50 - $21.50 per hour, plus commissions per booking. Average annual range $45K - $50K. Ask for the sale and book new reservations. Professionally assist customers making changes to existing reservations. Meet or exceed monthly goals as defined by Management. At times handle chat inquiries/bookings while simultaneously handling calls.

SALES QUALIFICATIONS

Two handed typing with 35+ wpm with high score of accuracy. Prior experience in asking for the sale required, including collecting payment details. Must be available to work varied hours, shifts and days as required.

CURRENT NEEDS

We are a 24/7 department, but currently overnight hours are not needed. Current shift times can start as early as 5am and as late as 1:30pm, and all times in-between. Typing test provided during interview process to determine ability to maneuver a keyboard efficiently. All qualified candidates will be required to take a drug screen (screenings do not test for marijuana) and are subject to a background check. Education and/or Experience High School or equivalent diploma required. Work Environment The working conditions are normal for a call center environment.
