About UCruising Vacation UCruising Vacation is the largest Chinese cruise travel agency in Canada. As a frontline ambassador of our company, you will build positive daily interactions with clients — from designing unique cruise and travel experiences to assisting with onboard arrangements. Key Responsibilities Deliver innovative, high-quality service to help clients explore the world with confidence. Provide professional travel consultation and recommend products that best match client needs. Handle bookings for global cruises, domestic and international flights, and short trips. Understand customer lifestyles and preferences to offer meaningful value-added suggestions. Stay informed about travel industry trends and confidently present solutions. Anticipate client needs and provide proactive support. Learn and apply company systems, workflows, and strategies while demonstrating empathy and adaptability. Qualifications We are looking for candidates with strong analytical thinking, organization, and time management skills — and a genuine passion for cruise and travel: Knowledge of travel and world geography through personal travel, study, or recent sales experience. Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong multitasking and time management capabilities. Sales and consultation skills with confidence in recommending and cross-selling services. Solid computer skills; full training on cruise booking tools will be provided. English is required; the ability to understand or communicate in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong asset.
