Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Travel Coordinator for a 3-day live broadcast event shooting in Washington, DC. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Arranging all necessary travel for crew and talent Logging and maintaining detailed records of all travel bookings Generating and distributing travel one-sheets via email Serving as the primary point of contact for all travel-related issues and inquiries Proactively tracking travel logistics and providing production with timely individual updates as needed
Requirements:
Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills Must be local to the DC area Must be on-site May 22-30 Ability to work remotely before and after those dates This is a fast-paced project with many moving parts. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple logistics simultaneously.
