Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Advisor in Boca Raton, FL. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for helping clients plan their trips, making travel arrangements, and providing customer service and satisfaction. Other day-to-day tasks may include booking flights, hotels, and transportation, managing itineraries, providing travel advice, and resolving issues or complaints. Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in travel arrangements and working at a travel agency is required Sabre experience required Knowledge Clientbase system strongly preferred. Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and adaptable to changes in the travel industry and market trends Certified Travel Agent (CTA) certification preferred. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Fluency in English is required; multilingualism is a plus.
