The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Travel Agent, you will assist clients in planning their dream vacations, ensuring every detail is tailored to their preferences. Your expertise in travel planning and sales will help clients navigate their options and make informed decisions. Duties Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities. Create customized travel itineraries that meet client specifications. Book flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and promotions. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process. Collaborate with hotels and service providers to secure the best deals for clients. Utilize sales techniques to promote additional services or upgrades. Qualifications Proven experience in travel planning or customer service (1+ year preferred). Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, and hotel brands. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to provide personalized service and build long-term client relationships. Comfortable using booking platforms, GDS systems, and online research tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bookings at once. Positive, professional attitude with a passion for travel and customer satisfaction. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
